Products on the store

A working storefront, not a mockup. Six products are live at the prices below. Cornhole sets use your own shop photographs composited onto the boards. Swag lines use your artwork on labelled renders until we have studio photos.

The plain store address asks for a Shopify sign-in. The one-click link in Bill’s email skips that and lasts 12 hours. If it has expired, reply and we send a fresh one — or we walk it on a call.

There is also a path to personalize a cornhole set, a quote form for wraps and signage, and a page for squadron / unit orders. Words on the home page are a first draft — tell us what to change.

Plan at a glance

The Brand & Store Plan (PDF below) is the 14-page leave-behind written for you. This box catches the decisions that matter before you open it. The plan was issued 19 August 2026; the store was updated 25 August with the three swag listings above — use this page and the store as the source of truth for what is live today.

Brand
Blade-C mark + “Cutting Edge Graphix” wordmark. Voice: direct, shop-floor, Idaho-local — never “cutting-edge” as a generic adjective.
Handle everywhere
cegraphix208 — recommended on GBP, social, and the site.
What you sell online first
Stock cornhole designs, drinkware & swag, then personalized cornhole and quote-only wraps / signage.
Cornhole on the store
$269 Backyard tier (provisional). Plan narrative also cites $300 walk-in pricing — we need your call on bags (Q4).
Accessory ladder
Backyard $269 → Gunfighter $349 → ACL-ready $479 → tournament $549 once ACL fees are confirmed.
Wraps & signage
Publish “starting at” sheet day one — trailer wraps from $2,495; local competitors do not publish.
Three advantages vs national printers
No minimums, no setup fees, one invoice for mixed orders.
Target launch
1 November 2026 — stock + drinkware first; payments and tax only after you sign off.
Channels (owner actions)
Google Business Profile first (C1), then claim handles (C2). Military lane needs unit authorization rules — see plan §04.
Turnaround promise
2–3 weeks on stock cornhole; 7 business days on bulk unit orders per the unit-orders page.
Why there is no separate “client brief” PDF

That document is an internal machine spec (file paths, competitor tables, build status) we use to stamp the store. It repeats what is already in the plan and on this page, in a format meant for engineers — not for you. If anything looks wrong in the summary above, mark it on the answer sheet and we fix the plan or the store.

Brand & Store Plan

The full document: the mark, the priced catalog (including wraps and signs that had no price), the store build, and an online-presence plan a one-person shop can run. 14 pages, v1.4.

Your answers

Every open ask, once. Reply in the email or read this out on a call. The recommended pick is marked — choosing it is always a fine answer.

Part 1 — facts only you have

  1. Street address
  2. Business hours (by day)
  3. Year the shop was founded
  4. Public email for the site
  5. Google review URL (after the Business Profile — leave blank if not yet)
  6. Keep 208-599-0540 in the site header? ▸ yes

Part 2 — one pick per line

1 Handle everywhere

cegraphix208

2 Tagline under the logo

“No minimums. No waiting.”

3 Next stock design to list

the Idaho license plate design first

4 Cornhole pricing — bags and the $269 vs $300 question

The store lists Backyard tier at $269. The plan cites $300 from your current walk-in sheet.
Check your invoices: do bags ship with today’s walk-in set? Our default is no — if yes, we reword the Gunfighter differentiator and adjust the listing copy.

5 Price sheet

publish wrap / signage as “starting at” now. Stock goods (tumblers, koozies, sticker packs) go live at current prices until you say otherwise.

6 Return window on stock designs

30 days, plain wording

7 ACL tournament tiers

call ACL this month for the fee schedule (mandate 1 Oct 2026)

8 Launch date

hold 1 Nov 2026

9 AI-made product images

Heads-up: koozie, tee, and cap on the store today use labelled renders from your real artwork — never called photographs. Cornhole uses your shop photos composited onto the boards.
▸ Decision: restyle may be the first picture on the remaining cornhole designs once the artwork check passes; drinkware stays second behind a real photo when we have one.

10 Gallery page order

biggest-ticket first: trailer wraps → signage & banners → cornhole → drinkware. A customer’s job appears only after they sign a release (C3).

Part 3 — three yes / no on the next build

  1. Home page leads with Get a free 24-hour proof (quote form); “Shop cornhole boards” is second — yes / no
  2. Personalized orders show a rendered proof to approve before the cart — yes / no
  3. Quote-only work (wraps, big signage) gets service pages with the “starting at” sheet — yes / no

Imagery — what we need next

Round 1 turned three of your photographs into cornhole listing images and added swag renders from your crest artwork. Round 2 is everything else — wraps, signs, magnets, stickers, and more shop swag.

We take your real print file and place it, unchanged, onto a surface. The design is yours. We never call that picture a photograph, and every one carries a disclosure line. No image model touches the printed artwork.

OptionWhat it means
▸ Primary listing image stays a photograph; renders are extras, homepage, and socialRecommended. The picture a buyer decides on is a real item, every time.
Renders may also be the primary listing imageFaster catalog, weaker promise. Every render is still labelled.
Photographs onlyWraps, magnets, stickers and swag cannot be listed until they are photographed.

Two things from you: (1) pick the concepts you want built, (2) send the print-ready files. Numbers are enough — “4.1.1, all of 6.”
